Exercise is very important for your health. The thing is how to keep the exercise motivation ? One of the ways is to make exercise to be part of your lifestyle. Something you LIKE to do, not something you MUST do. These are the key…

1. Choose your role-model

Pick someone from your life or a celebrity who has a great body shape or a weight loss success story.

2. Arrange a reasonable exercise schedule that fit your daily activity

Otherwise, you will find that you cannot keep that schedule, and this would encourage you to stop exercising at all.

3. Choose a cardio exercise that you like on doing

Make your cardio exercise a fun thing to do for you, as you are always motivated when you do what you really like.

4. Design your own exercise schedule that fits your daily activities

If you don't have much time for exercise, make a short but tight schedule. Separate cardio from weight exercise to avoid your stamina from dropping.

5. Don’t overdo it at the beginning

If you are a newbie and never have any exercises before, don't jump into a heavy exercise schedule at once.

6. Set a small goal everyday

DON'T set an ambitious target, as you'll give up easily when you can't reach it. Just a small goal everyday !

7. Don't measure your weight too often

Check your weight every one month is more than enough.

8. Socialize at the gym!

Make friends with other members, and be a part of the community. You will feel 'at home' there, and this will encourage you to come more frequently to the gym.

9. Exercise at nearby gym

By signing up at a gym that is reachable from your home or workplace or school, it won't cause you too much time to spare for doing exercise.

10. Make a record of your exercise

Prepare a detailed schedule, program, comments, and result on a monthly basis. Evaluate the data every end of the month.

11. Find new variation

Try new variations of exercises. Or even try to go to a new gym sometimes.

12. Invite someone to workout with you

Invite your partner, friend, or brother/sister to join with you at the gym to make you more motivated.

13. Get a good trainer

Choose a reputable with good character Personal Trainer, as he/she has a big influence on the success/fail of your exercise.

14. Don’t cheat ! Do the right technique!

Make sure you have your exercise using the right technique with the appropriate weight. Do not cheat just for reaching heavier weight.

15. Train your guiltiness

Train yourself to feel 'guilty' every time you do things you should not do.

16. More friends to exercise together

Go to the gym with different friends every time.

17. The gym as your favorite hangout place

You can meet a lot of friends at the gym where you can hangout together after exercise.

18. Increase your exercise intensity gradually

Increase your exercise intensity gradually, don’t push yourself to hard.

19. Dress always attractively

Keeping your good appearance will increase your self confident and build your motivation.

20. Refresh your body, mind and soul

Get a rest after having exercises. Arrange your exercise schedule so that you always have one day to refresh before exercising again.

21. Right, but not quick Diet

Quality is better than quantity!

22. Take your ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures

This is the best way to let you aware of the benefits of having intensive exercise to your body.

23. If you exercise alone, make your own program

Without Personal Trainer, making program is very important to make your exercise more focused.

24. Reward your achievement

Reward yourself for every achievement in your exercise, to maintain your exercise motivation.
