Pearl – The Story Of The Ocean’s Little Queen |

| Pearl is a beautiful hard and rounded stone in the oysters. The colors of pearls are white, yellow, blue, pink and black. Pearls are divided in two categories: saltwater and freshwater. Saltwater pearls are natural products from the sea and freshwater pearls come from human intervention in the lake or river. The natural pearls had discovered at long time ago by a fisherman in the far away ocean, while he was fishing. After that the pearls are use in the jewelry. The value of pearls is increased every moment until today up to the size, color and luster. There are many sources of the tales and belief about pearl that you never know before. Hindu: In the wedding day of an angle that was the daughter of the god of Hindu. The god picked the pearl from the ocean to his daughter as gift for happiness and peaceful in her life. So, Hindu people believe that giving pearls for the daughter in the wedding day make her life happy. India: The pearl is the dew that dropped from the heaven and the light from the full moon that night made the white color to the pearl. Rome: The queen of Rome used the pearls for decorate a saddle and made the necklace .So the women in Rome like to use the pearl as accessory for many years ago. Roman: In Roman, the origin of pearl is crystallized of dew that the shells eat. Roman people believe that the color of pearls have different meaning. Yellow means wealthy. White means freedom and peace. Green means happiness. Greek: Using of the pearl for different object. Dissolve to the drinks for healing the stomach disease. Eating pearls for healthy. Keeping pearls in the mouth for free from harm, good memory and mind power. China: Sucking pearl in the body’s mouth for protection from decomposed. Grind the pearl and mark to the face for whiten the skin. Not only that, pearls are the miracle medicine for treatment of headache, stomach ulcer, liver disease, fever, respiratory tract disease and sexual ability. |
